What does the collaboration process look like in HarmonyHi?

Conversation with representatives of the management, HR, or company owners. We discuss the current situation, challenges, and expected outcomes of the organizational culture consultation.

01. Brief initial consultation

Based on the available data, we specify the objectives: e.g., building psychological safety, strengthening leadership, improving communication within teams.

02. Diagnosis and purpose of the process

We are implementing the agreed plan: workshops, meetings with leaders, facilitated discussions, one-on-one consultations. We are translating conclusions into specific actions and decisions within the organization.

03. Regular development work

I am preparing a summary of the process, observations, and recommendations. We are discussing the next steps: developmental actions, leadership programs, areas to monitor over time.

Why me?

I combine the experience of a business psychologist, therapist, and PCC coach with practice in roles such as Head of People, HR Business Partner, and L&D Manager. For years, I have supported management and leaders in projects related to organizational culture, well-being, and team development.

In cultural consultations, I focus on:

deep understanding of people – emotions, motivations, team dynamics,

systemic perspective – we look at the organization as a whole, not just individual "problems,"

psychological safety – I create a space where difficulties can be openly discussed,

specific recommendations – I translate observations into actionable steps,

shared responsibility – I work with management and leaders as a partner, not an "external judge."
