A conversation (online or in-person) during which I learn about the business context, challenges, and expectations of the leader, team, or organization. We establish the scope of collaboration, roles, initial goals, and whether individual, team, or mixed processes are recommended.
We work with data and facts – I use interviews, observation, diagnostic and psychometric tools (e.g., The Bridge Personality) and analyze the organizational context. Together, we define key areas for development: leadership, collaboration, communication, resilience, culture, and decision-making.
We implement the designed process: individual sessions, team workshops, facilitation of strategic meetings, or work on organizational culture. We work on real business situations, test new strategies for action, and strengthen the accountability and agency of leaders and teams.
