Individual therapy for adults that helps cope with stress, anxiety, sadness, burnout, and life crises. I work within an integrative therapy approach, supplementing it with third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapies and interpersonal neurobiology. Sessions are conducted in Krakow and online.
If you have been experiencing stress, tension, anxiety, or a low mood for a while,
you are facing burnout or a feeling of being 'stuck' at work,
you are going through loss, a breakup, a life change, or a relationship crisis,
you are struggling with low mood, depression, or other mental health challenges,
you are dealing with a chronic illness or supporting a sick loved one,
you want to better understand your emotions, reactions, and boundaries in relationships.
It is a session where we discuss your situation and expectations. We check if individual therapy is the right form of help.
In the first sessions, we clarify the main difficulties and jointly establish goals: improving well-being, reducing symptoms, providing crisis support, and changing relationships.
We meet regularly. We work on emotions, beliefs, and habits, using tools from integrative therapy, third-wave cognitive-behavioral techniques, and interpersonal neurobiology.
From time to time, we summarize progress and decide whether to continue therapy, switch to maintenance mode, or conclude the process with clear recommendations for further independent work.
